Το μεγαλύτερο στην χώρα, είναι το νέο data center της Lamda Hellix στο Κορωπί ,με επένδυση ύψους 70 εκτ. Ευρώ. Με χωρητικότητα 6.8MW, το Athens 3, εντός του data center campus της Lamda Hellix, δύναται να στεγάσει πάνω από 50.000 εξυπηρετητές.
Η Anax Engineering ανελάβε τις παρακάτω εργασίες στις γεννήτριες του data center :
Η Margherita Pizza Artigianale είναι μια επιτυχημένη αλυσίδα ιταλικής κουζίνας με μαγαζιά σε όλη την Ελλάδα και Κύπρο. Συνδυάζει τη γαστρονομική κουλτούρα της Νάπολης με το καλύτερο raw mate. Η Margherita Pizza Artigianale ανοίγει τους ορίζοντες και ανοίγει μαγαζί στο κέντρο της πόλης Γενεύης ,στην Ελβετία.
Η Anax Engineering ανέλαβε τις παρακάτω εργασίες :
Το έργο του Δημοτικού Σχολείου Νέας Ερυθραίας χρηματοδοτείται από το Ευρωπαϊκό Ταμείο Περιφερειακής Ανάπτυξης (ΕΤΠΑ) κατά το ποσό 2.477.338,22 ευρώ και για το τμήμα του έργου «Στερέωση και αποκατάσταση διατηρητέων κτιρίων στο 1ο Δ.Σ. της Δ. Ε. Νέας Ερυθραίας» υπάρχει εγκεκριμένη χρηματοδότηση από πόρους του Δήμου, με σχετική απόφαση του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου Κηφισιάς, ύψους 1.422.661,78 ευρώ.
Πρόκειται για το πιο σημαντικό έργο για τη Δημοτική Ενότητα Νέας Ερυθραίας, που θα λύσει οριστικά το πρόβλημα της ασφάλειας – στατικότητας του κτιρίου, αλλά και των αναγκαίων χώρων για το σύγχρονο μαθητικό πληθυσμό.
Η Anax Engineering ανέλαβε τις παρακάτω εργασίες :
Ανασυγκρότηση υψηλών προδιαγραφών και επέκταση της υφιστάμενης Μαρίνας. Η μαρίνα θα ελλιμενίζει συνολικά 60 Super και Mega yachts. Ανάπτυξη χερσαίου χώρου με υποστηρικτικές υπηρεσίες, εμπορικές χρήσεις και αναψυχής με προϋπολογισμό 50.847.000,00€. Το Astir Marina βρίσκεται στο ακρωτήρι της Βουλιαγμένης, 21 χλμ. νότια της Αθήνας και του λιμανιού του Πειραιά, σε ιδανική τοποθεσία δίπλα στο ξενοδοχειακό συγκρότημα Astir, σε μια πευκόφυτη έκταση 16,3 στρεμμάτων. Η Μαρίνα προσφέρει στους χρήστες της σχεδόν απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα και είναι το προτιμώμενο μέρος ελλιμενισμού σκαφών υψηλών ιδιοκτητών.
Η Anax Engineering ανέλαβε τις παρακάτω εργασίες :
Το MSC SHRISTI (IMO: 9293442) είναι ένα πλοίο εμπορευματοκιβωτίων που ναυπηγήθηκε το 2005 και πλέει υπό σημαία Λιβερίας. Η χωρητικοτητα του ειναι 4738 TEU και το τρέχον βύθισμά του αναφέρεται ότι είναι 9.8 μέτρα.
Το πλοίο επικοινώνησε μαζί μας μετά από πρόβλημα που αντιμετώπιζαν στους αεραγωγούς εξαερισμού των αμπαριών. Οι αεραγωγοί όπως θα δείτε και στις παρακάτω φωτογραφίες ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση ,οξειδωμένοι ,τρυπημένοι και σε κάποια σημεία κατεστραμμένοι. Λόγου του ελάχιστου χρόνου της παραμονής του πλοίου στα Ναυπηγεία της Ελευσίνας προτείναμε το «μπάλωμα» των αεραγωγών με επιθέματα. Τα επιθέματα βιδώθηκαν και ύστερα περάστηκε μια στρώση ταινίας βουτιλίου για την σφράγιση του.

Η Anax Engineering ανέλαβε τις παρακάτω εργασίες :
Το Sunrays είναι ένα σούπερ γιοτ που κατασκευάστηκε το 2010 στο ολλανδικό ναυπηγείο Oceanco. Ο εσωτερικός σχεδιασμός των Sunrays έγινε από τον Terence Disdale και οι εξωτερικές εργασίες έγιναν από τον Bjorn Johansson. Το γιοτ Sunrays μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 16 επισκέπτες και έχει πλήρωμα 28 ατόμων.
Το μεγα γιοτ ήρθε σε επικοινωνία μαζί μας επειδή ενδιαφερόταν για τον καθαρισμό αεραγωγών στην κουζίνα (galley) καθώς και στο Landry.
Η Anax Engineering ανέλαβε τις παρακάτω εργασίες :
Το PARANA (IMO: 9198965) είναι ένα Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger που κατασκευάστηκε το 2000 (πριν από 23 χρόνια) και πλέει υπό τη σημαία της Ολλανδίας. Η χωρητικοτητα του ειναι 3200 t DWT και το τρέχον βύθισμά του αναφέρεται ότι είναι 3.7 μέτρα. Το ολικό μήκος του (LOA) είναι 75.65 μέτρα και το πλάτος του είναι 15 μέτρα.
Η Anax engineering ανέλαβε τις παρακάτω εργασίες :
Το CAT I (IMO: 9106211) είναι ένα High Speed Craft με σημαία Cyprus Το ολικό μήκος του (LOA) είναι 99.78 μέτρα και το πλάτος του είναι 19.98 μέτρα.
Το CAT 1 επικοινώνησε μαζί μας και ανέφερε ότι στα μηχανοστάσια έχουν πολύ υψηλές θερμοκρασίες και δεν αερίζονται κατάλληλα. Μετά από επίσκεψη στο CAT 1 διαπιστώσαμε ότι το κυρίως πρόβλημα ήταν η κατανομή του αέρα.
Η εταιρεία μας ανέλαβε την εκπνόηση μελέτης για το σύστημα αερισμού των μηχανοστασίων και της σωστής κατανομής του αέρα στις μηχανές.
Με την ολοκλήρωση της μελέτης η εταιρεία μας προχώρησε σε εφαρμογή των νέων δίκτύων αεραγωγών για την σωστή κατανομή του αέρα.
Με την ολοκήρωση των εργασιών πραγματοποιήθηκαν ρυθμίσεις και μετρήσεις αέρα όπου και αποδείχθηκαν επιτυχής.

The largest in the country is the new Lamda Hellix data center in Koropi, with an investment of 70 million Euros. With a capacity of 6.8MW, Athens 3, within the data center campus of Lamda Hellix, can house over 50,000 servers.
Our company Anax Engineering undertook the following works on the generators of the data center :

Anax Engineering undertook the following works:
The project of the Primary School of Nea Erythraia is financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) in the amount of 2,477,338.22 euros and for the part of the project “Fixation and restoration of preserved buildings in the 1st Board of Directors. of D. E. Nea Erythraia” there is approved financing from the resources of the Municipality, with a relevant decision of the Municipal Council of Kifissia, in the amount of 1,422,661.78 euros.
This is the most important project for the Municipal Unit of Nea Erythraia, which will definitively solve the problem of the building’s safety and stability, as well as the necessary spaces for the modern student population.
Anax Engineering undertook the following works:
• Supply and installation of air conditioning, ventilation and ventilation ducts
• Supply and installation of air grilles
• Measurements and regulation of air supply at each outlet
Reconstruction of high standards and expansion of the existing Marina. The marina will dock a total of 60 Super and Mega yachts. Development of land area with supporting services, commercial and recreational uses with a budget of €50,847,000.00. Astir Marina is located on the promontory of Vouliagmeni, 21 km south of Athens and the port of Piraeus, ideally located next to the Astir hotel complex, on a 16.3-acre pine-covered area. The Marina offers its users almost complete privacy and is the preferred mooring place for yachts of high-profile owners.
Anax Engineering undertook the following works:
• Manufacture and installation of ventilation, air conditioning ducts in all buildings of the Marina (OT1, OT2, OT4). The air ducts are made of Z-275 grade galvanized sheet metal. The air ducts in total exceed 10,000 kg
• Supply and installation of Tecbor smoke exhaust ducts. The 30mm thick TECBOR fire resistant system certified according to EN 1366-1 (Fire resistance tests in service facilities. Part 1. Ducts) and categorized according to EN 13501-3 for fire resistance EI120 (ve ho i↔o) S500, classified according to the EN standard 13501-3 and tested for fire resistance according to EN1366-8, (Type A and B horizontal and vertical configuration) and according to EN-1366-8/Part 18 (Smoke extraction ducts) (multi compartment) which also covers the EN1366-9 against EN 13501-4: EI-120 S 1500 (Type C).
• Supply and installation of electric fire dampers

MSC SHRISTI (IMO: 9293442) is a Container Ship that was built in 2005 and is sailing under the flag of Liberia. Her carrying capacity is 4738 TEU and her current draught is reported to be 9.8 meters.
The ship contacted us after a problem they were having with the ship’s holds ventilation ducts. The air ducts, as you will see in the following photos, were in bad condition, oxidized, punctured and in some places damaged. Due to the minimum time of the ship’s stay at the Elefsina Shipyards, we suggested the ΄΄patching΄΄ of the air ducts with pads. The pads were screwed on and then a layer of butyl tape was applied to seal it.

Sunrays is a super-yacht built in 2010 at the Dutch shipyard Oceanco. The interior design of Sunrays was done by Terence Disdale and the exterior work was done by Bjorn Johansson. The Sunrays yacht can accommodate up to 16 guests and has a crew of 28.
The mega yacht contacted us because they were interested in cleaning the galley ducts as well as the Landry.
Anax Engineering undertook the following works:

Her carrying capacity is 3200 t DWT and her current draught is reported to be 3.7 meters. Her length overall (LOA) is 75.65 meters and her width is 15 meters.
Anax engineering undertook the following works:
CAT I (IMO: 9106211) is a High Speed Craft flying the flag of Cyprus. Her length overall (LOA) is 99.78 meters and her beam is 19.98 meters.
CAT 1 contacted us and reported that the engine rooms are very hot and not properly ventilated. After visiting CAT 1 we found that the main problem was air distribution.
Our company undertook the study of the ventilation system of the engine rooms and the correct distribution of air in the engines.
Upon completion of the study, our company proceeded to implement the new air duct networks for the correct air distribution.
With the completion of the works, adjustments and air measurements were carried out where they proved successful.
